 I charge $25.00 an hour + the cost of any certificates obtained

 

 

Birth, Marriage and Death Certificates: Searches can be made in the 'Index of General Registration for England and Wales’ (1837 - 2005)

 or from 1855 for Scotland at a cost of

  $25 for any 5 year period,   $35 for a 10 year period.

 

These prices include a certified copy of the entry, if located, (if nothing is found no charge will be made).

 

For $10.00 I will do the search and obtain the reference for you and send it to you along with instructions on how you can order the certificate.

 

 

Census Records: A search for a specific entry in the census returns can be made for a fee of $5.00. This includes a copy of the return plus a transcription.
